The Story of Cooperative Manufacturers-Hongfu Food

1990s - transition period
Hongfu Food moved to the current Banqiao Plant in 1994, and obtained food GMP certification, and gradually began to look like a factory. Hongfu Food even hired a Japanese technician to plan an automated production line for Hongfu Food in August 1998. Although the scale of the automated production line at that time was not comparable to the current scale, it was a major milestone for Hongfu Food to move towards automated production.



2000s - expansion period
Hongfu Foods introduced HACCP in 2000 and obtained ISO22000 certification. Each certification and each system represents Hongfu Foods' requirements for food safety. In 2013, Hongfu Foods Yangmei Farm was officially put into production. The Yangmei Farm was larger than Banqiao Farm, and it also produced more product lines, which made Hongfu Food's sales performance even better.
1970's - Inception period
It is run as a family-run business by the chairman's family of three brothers. In the early days of the company's business, it was a family-run factory with rather rudimentary equipment. All the food production and packaging processes are carried out at home. Since automated machinery and equipment have not been introduced in the early days of the business, everything is done manually. The production process is time-consuming and laborious. However, the chairman's family continues to work hard every day.
1980s - formative period
When Taiwan's economy took off in the 1980s, the chairman established the company in 1983 and founded the brand "Jiufu", and Hongfu Food continued to grow.
